Well, I started out with grand plans of jars and jars of peaches.
Turns out, peaches are difficult to make look pretty. We ended up with some peaches, but lots of jam. We (Roger helped) made Vanilla Peach jam and Cinnamon Peach Jam.

Jam making
We then moved on to tomatoes. They were MUCH easier.
End result!
All jars "pinged" and are sealed ... so I think we did it.
It was alot of work, and I made a sticky mess - but I kinda liked it.

You did this?
You who doesn't like to cook?
Angie, what are YOU doing in the kitchen?
Doesn't it give a great sense of accomplishment to see the fruits (no pun intended, kind of) of your labor filling canning jars. There is a real thrill about it.

What list do we get on to get jam?
The verdicts are in.
The peach jam is good! I won't have to throw it out after all.
Guess I just don't care for peach jam.
