Strawberry Preserves

This was super easy, and I must say...
They turned out so good ... I might not share!  Yum!

Berries and Sugar.

Stem, Cut and cook together until desired consistency (30-45 minutes)

Place in clean jars; boil in water bath (under water) for 10 minutes.

NO PRESSURE CANNER.

It's really easy. I didn't use a real recipe, just sweetened to taste. You can add pectin (to jell it), but it seems like many times it’s not necessary. It’s cheap … throw a box in.
