I took Roger to the airport this evening.
I think he is dreading going back more than I have ever seen. :-(
It will probably be late June before he returns home.

Dreading isn't the right word -- how about not looking forward to another 14 months? Just like I don't get too excited about things, I also don't get too depressed about them either. Just another day in the life...
The box I sent to myself beat me here... It cost far less to get here than I did.
