While Seattle digs out.

18 months ago when I moved to the DC area, I thought that I was moving TO the snow.
Turns out I was moving AWAY from the snow.
It is still snowing in Seattle, and it was a balmy 55 degrees today.

I've had 2 inches of snow in my time here, while there have been more than 4 feet in Seattle in that time! It's unheard of!

Look at my snow shovels - they have cob webs on them!

To my friends and family ... smile even though you are all stuck in the house - you will get a white Christmas!

I think I have figured it out. When you moved to the East Coast, you threw off magnetic north and somehow the Pacific Northwest is the new North Pole. If you were to move back we would be positively tropical!
