I had to learn alot about Gaviotas for my Philosophy class, and I thought I'd share it with you.
Gaviotas is a model of sustainable living that was started more than 30 years ago in the Savanna in Columbia.
It was started with one mans vision, and they have created quite a few great inventions, and it still moves forward today.

I think it sounds interesting, but a couple of things concern me.
1. We don't speak Spanish
2. They probably don't have espresso
3. Mark wouldn't join me unless they brew beer (Organic beer? just a thought.)
and what about your dogs? it looks like they aren't allowed?

2. It's columbia, they must have coffee, that could be our invention. A solar powered espresso machine.
