We've come to an agreement on the house in VA. It was not without issue or stress, but it is a deal. We agreed on a price, only to find out that there were some deed restrictions because this is an old family farm. They split it up, and then the ex-wife sold her plot. We then had to work through a few of the restrictions. We will be the only non-Nicholson on Nicholson lane.
Its a small farm town with the population of 6200. Not sure how well I will blend. It is about 50 miles from the capital in northern VA.
